The 1886 World Series: Going To Chicago In Style


Mr. Von Der Ahe is making great preparations for the Chicago trip. He has chartered a special Pullman car, and it is now being handsomely decorated with flags and bunting. About fifty persons will accompany the club.

This post was so short I had to find a picture of a Pullman car to go with it. There are some nice pictures online and I liked this one. It looks like a nice way to travel.
